Scheduling a Test

Step 1. Select your test provider: Pearson VUE or Prometric. Note: Microsoft exams are only available from Prometric and Cisco exams are only available from Pearson VUE.

Step 2. Register for Exam. Click here for Pearson VUE (800-837-8734) or Prometric (800-755-3926).

Step 3. Study, study, study.

Step 4. Show up for the test. If you no-show you will lose your exam fee.

Day of Test Information

When you arrive at our center, you must first check-in process. The proctor will ask you for two forms of identification, one with a picture ID, and both with a signature.

Laminated boards and markers will be provided prior to entering the testing room. However, some sponsor organizations may require client specific scratch paper or exhibits for certain exams.

Has it been a while since you have taken a test? Do you get nervous before you take exams, which prevents you from being successful? Here are some tips to help you prepare for your exam and manage your test anxiety.

Retaking Tests

When a candidate fails a test, most sponsoring vendors require a wait period before another attempt is allowed.

Adobe	15 calendar days between retakes.
CompTIA	No restrictions for second attempt. Subsequent attempts must wait 30 calendar days.
Cisco	72 hours wait between retakes.
Microsoft	No restrictions for second attempt. Subsequent attempts must wait 14 calendar days.
