Career Training in High Paying Fields Via MyCAA

Advance Your Education Goals with MyCAA! The Department of Defense (DoD) currently provides financial assistance to military spouses to pay for certifications and education in high growth, high demand portable fields through the MyCAA program. The DoD will provide $6,000 in financial assistance to military spouses of Active Duty and activated Guard and Reserve service members through Career Advancement Accounts.

For military spouses who are interested in pursuing such careers, this is a unique benefit. It is a proven fact that the more training and education job seekers have, the more likely they will be hired into better jobs at higher salaries.

MyCAA Can Help With:

1 Job Training

Eligible military spouses are now able to receive up to $6,000 of MyCAA Financial Assistance (FA) that can help them pursue education, training, and certifications leading to employment in exciting fields.

2 Job Readiness

Military spouses at all stages of life need time to explore portable career fields and current job market conditions in communities of interest.

Some need assistance in preparing to (re)join the work force. We are here to provide that preparation.

3 Job Placement

MyCAA is currently developing networks of military friendly employers ~ in public and private sectors ~ who want to place military spouses in internships for job training; hire military spouses into good paying jobs, and retain them within their organizations as spouses relocate from duty station to duty station.
